You type a niche and a city, and it pulls every matching business from Google Maps: name, address, phone, website, Google rating, review count, category and social profiles. Then it opens each business's own website live, takes the email addresses published there, and adds the owner's or team's email where one can be found.
For a local business the decision maker is usually the owner or the manager, the person who runs the place, so that is the email worth having. Every email shown is verified in real time at the moment you search. An address on a catch-all domain, where the mail server accepts everything and nothing can be proven, is labelled unverified instead of verified. Closed businesses and dead websites drop out because the site is opened live.
Searches are saved in your account, leads can be starred into lists, and everything exports to CSV. Where it came from
An internal agency tool that outgrew the agency.
LeadFindr started as a tool the DM Champ team built for itself. Bought lists of local businesses kept arriving stale, bounced hard and burned sending domains, and the usual workaround, scrape Google Maps then run the list through a separate verification service, meant two tools, two bills and a gap between the two where the data went out of date. Building the website check and the email verification into the search closed that gap, and the internal tool turned out to be the product.
That history is why the pricing looks the way it does. A team that searches for its own leads all day does not want to count them first, so nothing is metered per lead, and you can pay once: $997 one time, or $97 a month for anyone who would rather not pay up front ($97 a month is $1,164 a year).
