What the cold email autopilot does
You pick the leads. It does the writing, the sending and the follow ups.
Most cold email software assumes you already have a list and a template. LeadFindr starts one step earlier. It finds the local businesses in your niche and city on Google Maps and gets the owner's or team's email, verified in real time. Then the autopilot takes over: the AI reads each business's own website, writes a first email about what it found there, sends it from your own mailbox, follows up in the same thread, and stops the moment the lead replies.
It is built for sitting back and waiting for replies, not for bulk. Each mailbox sends at most 20 cold emails a day after a warm up, so the product is judged on replies, not on volume. Every reply comes back to one inbox, already sorted, and the interested ones land on your deals board.
How a campaign runs
From a Google Maps search to a sorted reply, in one app.
- Run a search, for example dentists in Manchester, and send the leads you want to Email with Autopilot, or import your own CSV.
- Connect your own mailboxes, up to ten per campaign. A mailbox setup check reads its SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records and gives you the exact record to paste when one is missing.
- Pick a strategy: what the emails say and how many days apart the follow ups go. Write one yourself or have the AI generate it from your company info.
- The AI writes a research brief for each lead from their website, with exact quotes, then a first email built on it. If the site does not load, it writes from the lead's saved details instead.
- The first 10 emails of every campaign wait in the Review tab. Approve, edit or reject each one before the autopilot runs on its own.
- Follow ups go out as replies in the same email thread. Nobody gets one after they reply.
Built to reach the inbox, not to blast
The safety limits are part of the product, not settings to find.
- A new mailbox warms up: it starts at 5 emails a day and adds one a day until it reaches 20.
- At most 2 first emails a day go to the same company domain.
- Emails go out inside your sending hours, read in the lead's own time zone when it is known.
- Only verified addresses go in. Shared inboxes such as info@ and sales@ are skipped, and so are .de and .at addresses by default. You can switch those two skips off.
- Every email carries a one click unsubscribe and your company name and postal address. An unsubscribe or a bounce takes the lead out of every campaign.
- An out of office reply holds the next email until the lead is back.
When a lead replies
Sorted, answered and on your deals board.
Every reply is sorted with one label: Interested, Not now, Not interested, Unsubscribe, Out of office or Other. The labels sit on each conversation in your inbox, you can change one with a click, and each campaign shows its counts.
You decide who answers: the AI answers in the same thread, the AI answers and hands over to you once the lead is interested, or you answer yourself. An interested lead becomes a deal on your board. If you add a booking link, the AI offers it only after an interested lead asks to talk, never in the first emails. Each morning an email digest shows yesterday's sends, the replies and the mailboxes that need a look.
Strategies you can test and share
Keep the emails that get replies.
A strategy is what the emails say and when they go out. Generate one with AI from your company info, edit it, or write your own. To compare two, test a second strategy on the same campaign: the leads split 50/50, each strategy shows its reply rate and its share of interested replies, and you keep the winner for the leads that have not started yet. A strategy that works can be shared with a link, and anyone who opens it can add it to their own strategies.
Prefer your own words? Switch AI personalization off and every email is your own text with merge fields such as {first_name}, {company} and {city}. Same sending limits, same review of the first emails, same unsubscribe, and no credits for the emails.
What it costs
Leads stay unlimited. The AI writing draws from your credits.
LeadFindr costs $997 one time for unlimited leads, with 3,000 AI credits included, or $97 a month if you would rather not pay up front ($97 a month is $1,164 a year). No per lead credits or fees, no seats.
| Step | Credits |
|---|---|
| Finding the lead | None, leads are unlimited |
| Research brief, once per lead | 0.25 (not charged when the site does not load) |
| First email | 0.25 |
| Each AI follow up | 0.25 |
| Each AI reply | 0.25 |
| Sorting a reply | None |
| Your own emails, AI personalization off | None |
The 3,000 AI credits that come with the one time price pay for these steps. After that, AI is pay as you go. A reply stops the follow ups, so most leads cost less than the full sequence.
What it is not
So you know before you buy.
- Not a bulk sender. 20 emails a day per mailbox and up to ten mailboxes per campaign is the ceiling, on purpose.
- Not a list of large company employees. The leads are local businesses with a Google Maps listing, plus any CSV you import.
- Not LinkedIn or WhatsApp outreach. The autopilot sends email.
Questions People Actually Ask.
What is the best AI cold email software for local businesses?
One that finds the businesses as well as emailing them. LeadFindr finds local businesses on Google Maps with the owner's email verified in real time, then its autopilot researches each website, writes a personal first email, follows up in the same thread and sorts the replies, in one app.
Can AI write cold emails that do not read like a template?
That is what the research brief is for. Before writing, the AI reads the lead's own website and keeps exact quotes from it, then builds the first email on what that business actually says. You review the first 10 emails of every campaign before the autopilot sends on its own.
How many cold emails can I send a day?
Up to 20 per mailbox per day once it has warmed up, from up to ten of your own mailboxes per campaign. A new mailbox starts at 5 a day and adds one a day. At most 2 first emails a day go to the same company domain.
Does it stop following up when someone replies?
Yes. Any reply stops the follow ups for that lead. The reply is sorted as Interested, Not now, Not interested, Unsubscribe, Out of office or Other, and the AI answers it, hands it to you, or leaves it to you, depending on the strategy.
How much does AI cold email cost on LeadFindr?
LeadFindr costs $997 one time for unlimited leads, with 3,000 AI credits included, or $97 a month if you would rather not pay up front ($97 a month is $1,164 a year). On the autopilot each AI step costs 0.25 credits: the research brief once per lead, the first email, each AI follow up and each AI reply. Sorting replies is free, and your own written emails cost nothing.
Do I send from my own email address?
Yes. The autopilot sends from your own mailboxes, connected with their own login, so replies come straight back to you. A mailbox setup check shows whether its SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are in place and gives you the record to add when one is missing.
