How it works

Search, Live Check, Verified Contact.

LeadFindr (leadfindr.ai) is a pay per lead lead database for AI agents: Google Maps businesses and the people behind them. Two ways to run a search.

Price
0.25 credits a lead, about $0.025. Nothing for a lead without contact details.
The three steps
Search a niche and a city, open each business website live, return the verified email and phone number.
Who runs it
A person in the app today, or an agent over MCP from Claude Code, Cursor, n8n or Make. Early access.

Every search, three steps
Step 01
Search
Step 02

Step 03
Get real emails

The website check runs while you wait, which is why a search takes longer than a database lookup.

Step one: describe the list you want

A niche and a location, or a role, an industry and a location.

There are two ways in. The business search takes a keyword and a place, the way you would type it to a person: dentists in Denver, wedding venues in Lisbon, HVAC contractors in Leeds. The people search takes a role, an industry and a location instead, and looks for the decision makers themselves rather than the storefront.

Before the search runs you set the maximum number of leads. The app prices that ceiling in credits while you are choosing it, so the most a search can cost is a number you saw first. Filters trim what comes back, and you can widen or clear them and search again.

Step two: the Google Maps listings

The listing layer, pulled at the moment you ask.

LeadFindr reads Google Maps business listings for the niche and area you gave it: name, website, phone, address, category, rating and review count. This is the layer every local lead tool starts from, and on its own it is not worth much, because a Maps listing tells you a business exists and rarely tells you who to write to.

Google Maps listings exist in most countries, so the business search is not a United States only product. Density varies by country, which is the honest way to say that a niche in a small town somewhere will return fewer rows than the same niche in a capital city.

Step three: the live website check

Each site is opened at search time, not read out of a cache.

For every listing that has a website, LeadFindr opens that website while your search is running and reads the contact details published on it. That is the difference between this and a database product. A database tells you what a business looked like when somebody last crawled it. A live check tells you what its own site says right now, which is also how a closed business, a parked domain or a site that no longer resolves gets dropped before it reaches your list.

The result you see is attributable. The email came off a page that was live seconds ago, and you can open that page yourself.

Step four: the people behind the business

A role, a LinkedIn profile and a verified work email where one is found.

A generic inbox at a business is a starting point, not a person. Alongside the business result, LeadFindr looks for the decision makers behind it and returns the LinkedIn profile and a verified work email where one is found. The people layer has its deepest coverage in the United States, the United Kingdom and Western Europe, and it is thinner elsewhere.

When our people data provider has an outage the business results are unaffected and a failed people lookup is never charged. Searching again once it clears finds the people.

The same search, run by an agent

Plain language in, leads out, in early access.

Everything above describes a person in the app, which is what exists today. The other path is an agent doing it over MCP from Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, n8n or Make: it asks in plain language, gets a free count back so it can size the search, runs it under a cap, then polls while the websites are checked and fetches the finished list.

That path is in early access. Nothing is installable yet and no endpoint or tool list is published. DM Champ already runs a hosted MCP server for its own API and LeadFindr joins it when it ships. Request early access and you will be told where it stands.

Step five: what you do with the list

Star it, export it, or import it into DM Champ as contacts.

  • Every search is saved in your account with its results, so you can come back to it.
  • Star the leads worth keeping into lists.
  • Copy all emails in one click, or export the results as CSV.
  • Import the leads into DM Champ as contacts when you want to work them there.

LeadFindr does not send the outreach for you. It finds and verifies, and then the list is yours to take wherever you already work.

What it costs to run one

You pay for the leads that came back contactable, and nothing else.

A lead with an email, a phone number or a social profile costs 0.25 credits, about $0.025 at the $0.10 top up price of a credit. A lead with none of those costs nothing, and neither does a search that finds nothing. New accounts start with 100 credits, which is 400 leads. Full detail is on the pricing page.

FAQ

Questions People Actually Ask.

Does LeadFindr use Google Maps?

Yes. The business search reads Google Maps business listings for the niche and location you enter, then opens each business's own website to read the contact details published there.

Is LeadFindr a scraper?

It reads public business listings and public business websites at the moment you search, so mechanically it is closer to a scraper than to a database. The difference that matters is freshness: nothing is served out of a stored crawl, and a dead site or a closed business never reaches your list.

How long does a search take?

Longer than a database lookup, because the websites are opened while you wait, and results stream in as they are checked rather than arriving all at once.

Does LeadFindr send emails for me?

No. LeadFindr finds and verifies leads. Sending happens wherever you already work, including DM Champ if you import the leads there as contacts.

Which countries does it cover?

Google Maps listings exist worldwide, so the business search works in most countries with density varying by country. The people search has its deepest coverage in the United States, the United Kingdom and Western Europe.
