Step two: every listing on Google Maps

Step three: the live website check
Each site is opened at search time, not read out of a cache.
For every listing that has a website, LeadFindr opens that website while your search is running and reads the contact details published on it. That is the difference between this and a database product. A database tells you what a business looked like when somebody last crawled it. A live check tells you what its own site says right now, which is also how a closed business, a parked domain or a site that no longer loads drops out before it reaches your list.
Step four: the owner's email, verified in real time
The person who runs the place, where their email can be found.
A generic inbox is a starting point, not a person. For a local business the decision maker is usually the owner or the manager, the person who runs the place. Alongside the emails on the business's own website, LeadFindr looks for the owner's or team's email and adds it where one can be found.
Every email shown is then verified in real time, at the moment you search, not checked once months ago. Some mail servers accept every address, which means no check can prove a specific inbox exists. An address on one of those catch-all domains is labelled unverified instead of verified, so you can see the difference in your results and in your export.
