One price, and it only applies when the lead is contactable
0.25 credits a lead, about $0.025.
Every lead that comes back with contact details costs 0.25 credits. Contact details means an email address, a phone number or a social profile. Credits are the same currency used across DM Champ and cost $0.10 each as a top up, so one lead works out at roughly two and a half cents. There is no separate charge for the business listing, for the live website check, or for looking up the person behind the business.
Members of DM Champ's Champions Circle pay 0.20 credits a lead instead of 0.25. That is the only discount, and it applies automatically to an account with an active membership.
| Leads with contact details | Credits | Roughly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0.25 | $0.025 |
| 100 | 25 | $2.50 |
| 400 | 100 | $10.00 |
| 1,000 | 250 | $25.00 |
What costs nothing
An empty result is not a billable result.
A business with no email, no phone number and no social profile is handed to you free. So is a business whose website turned out to be dead when LeadFindr opened it, and so is a listing that never made the list because the business has closed. You are paying for something you can act on, not for rows in a table.
- Lead with an email, a phone number or a social profile: 0.25 credits.
- Lead with none of those: free.
- Search that finds nothing: free.
- A failed people lookup, which happens when our people data provider has an outage: never charged.
The spend cap you set before the search runs
The maximum a search can cost is known before you press the button.
Every search has a maximum number of leads, and the app shows what that ceiling costs in credits while you are setting it. A cap of 200 leads cannot cost more than 50 credits, about $5, however many businesses exist in that city. Searches stop at the cap rather than running on, so a broad niche in a big metro area cannot quietly drain a balance.
This is the part most lead tools get backwards. A subscription bills you whether you search or not, and a credit bundle bills you before you know whether the data suits you. Here the ceiling sits on the individual search, where you can see it.
A worked example
What a normal first search actually costs.
Say you search dentists in Denver with a cap of 200 leads. LeadFindr pulls the Google Maps listings, opens each website, and comes back with 200 businesses, of which 150 have an email, a phone number or a social profile published. You are charged for the 150: 37.5 credits, about $3.75. The other 50 cost nothing. If you also asked for the people behind those businesses, the decision makers it found and verified are part of the same lead, not a second charge.
Every new account starts with 100 credits, which is 400 leads with contact details. That covers the example above twice over before you have paid anything.
What it costs an agent
The same meter, plus a free look before it spends anything.
An agent pays exactly what a person pays: 0.25 credits, about $0.025, for each lead that comes back with contact details, and nothing for a lead without. There is no seat for a bot and no separate machine rate. Before spending anything, an agent can ask for a count, which is free, then decide whether to run the search or tighten the filter.
Every search still carries the cap, which is what keeps an agent loop from turning into a bill. The MCP that exposes this is in early access, so today the same searches run in the app.
What is not on the bill
No seats, no subscription, no monthly minimum.
- No per seat licence. Bring the whole team, pay the same per lead price.
- No monthly subscription that runs while nobody is searching.
- No minimum spend, and no annual contract to unlock a sane rate.
- No charge for saved searches, starred lists, CSV exports or importing leads into DM Champ as contacts.
Credits are shared with the rest of DM Champ, so a balance you top up for lead finding is the same balance that runs your messaging and AI features. If you never search, nothing is deducted.
How access works today
Early access, by request, not instant self serve signup.
LeadFindr is in early access. Accounts are admitted by allowlist, by a per account flag, through Champions Circle membership, or by an agency granting it to a sub account. Request access and you will be told where you stand, rather than being dropped into a queue you cannot see. The pricing above is what you pay once you are in.
Questions People Actually Ask.
How much does one lead cost?
0.25 credits for a lead that has an email, a phone number or a social profile. Credits cost $0.10 each as a top up, so a lead is about $0.025. Champions Circle members pay 0.20 credits a lead.
What does a lead with no email cost?
Nothing. A lead is only charged when it comes back with contact details, meaning an email address, a phone number or a social profile. A business with none of those is handed to you free.
Is there a subscription or a seat fee?
No. There is no subscription, no per seat licence and no monthly minimum. You buy credits and spend them per lead. A month where you do not search costs nothing.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial period as such. Every new account starts with 100 credits, which is 400 leads with contact details, and those credits work exactly like bought ones.
Can a search cost more than I expected?
No. You set a maximum number of leads before each search and the app shows what that ceiling costs in credits. The search stops at the cap.
What can I do with credits besides finding leads?
Credits are the DM Champ balance, so the same top up also covers messaging and AI features on the account. Lead finding simply draws from it at 0.25 credits a lead.
