Why people look for one
Usually the allowance, not the data.
Scrap.io is a solid Google Maps product. The reason to shop around is usually its shape: it is a monthly subscription, listed at EUR 49 a month for 10,000 credits on monthly billing up to EUR 499 for 100,000, with cheaper yearly rates and credits that do not roll over. A team that searches in bursts pays for months it did not use, and a team that hits the ceiling mid month has to jump a tier. The alternatives below each answer one of those two problems.
| Tool | You pay for | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| LeadFindr | Each lead that has contact details | 0.25 credits a lead, about $0.025, no subscription |
| Outscraper | Rows scraped and domains enriched | $3 per 1,000 records, first 500 free |
| D7 Lead Finder | A daily search allowance | Monthly plans by daily search volume, price not shown publicly |
| Apollo | A seat, every month | Free plan at $0, Basic $49 per user per month on annual billing |
1. LeadFindr
No allowance to use up, and no empty rows to pay for.
LeadFindr searches Google Maps listings by niche and city, opens each business website while the search is running, and hands back the contact details published on it, plus the decision maker behind the business with a LinkedIn profile and a verified work email where one is found. You pay 0.25 credits for a lead that has an email, a phone number or a social profile, about $0.025, and nothing for a lead that has none. There is no monthly fee to strand at the end of a month.
Pick it when your work comes in campaigns rather than every day, or when the thing you are protecting is your sending domain. Skip it if you need an API or an MCP endpoint, which Scrap.io publishes and LeadFindr does not have.
2. Outscraper
The cheapest rows on this page, with the cleaning left to you.
Outscraper is pay as you go: the first 500 Google Maps businesses free, then $3 per 1,000 records and $1 per 1,000 above 100,000, with email and contact enrichment priced per 1,000 domains on the same curve. No monthly fee, tiers reset monthly, and an API for people whose pipeline is code.
If your objection to Scrap.io is purely the subscription and you are comfortable cleaning raw output, this is the direct swap. If your objection is that a row without a contact is worthless to you, note that you pay for those rows here too.
3. D7 Lead Finder
Another subscription, sized by daily searches rather than credits.
D7 Lead Finder describes itself as a B2B lead generation platform covering any category in any country, with up to 1,200 leads per search and plans sized by daily search volume: 10 daily searches on Starter for roughly 3,500 daily leads, 30 on Agency for roughly 10,000, and 100 on Professional for roughly 30,000. Guests are shown 5 free searches a day. Its plan prices did not render on the public plan chooser when we checked.
It is a sideways move from Scrap.io rather than an escape from the subscription model, and it makes sense if daily volume is the thing you kept running out of.
4. Apollo
A different category, included because people ask.
Apollo is a per seat B2B sales platform on top of a stored database it describes as 240M+ people and 30M+ companies with a 98% email accuracy rate. Free at $0, Basic at $49 per user per month, Professional at $79, Organization at $119 on annual billing with a three user minimum, and sequences and a dialer included.
It is not a Google Maps tool and it is not built for local businesses, so treat it as an alternative only if your target list is companies with employees rather than places on a map.

Questions People Actually Ask.
Is there a Scrap.io alternative without a monthly subscription?
Yes. LeadFindr charges 0.25 credits per lead that has contact details, about $0.025, with no plan and nothing to lose at month end. Outscraper is also pay as you go, priced per thousand rows.
What does Scrap.io cost?
On 15 September 2026 its pricing page listed Basic at EUR 49 a month for 10,000 credits, Professional at EUR 99 for 20,000, Agency at EUR 199 for 40,000 and Company at EUR 499 for 100,000 on monthly billing, with yearly rates of EUR 35, EUR 69, EUR 139 and EUR 350, plus an Atlas tier from EUR 5,000 a month. Credits do not roll over.
Which alternative verifies emails?
LeadFindr reads the email off the business's own live page during the search and verifies work emails for decision makers before returning them. Outscraper sells enrichment as a separate service and leaves verification to you.
Do any of them work outside Europe?
Google Maps listings exist worldwide, so all the Maps based tools here work in most countries with varying density. LeadFindr's people search is deepest in the United States, the United Kingdom and Western Europe.
