How to read this list

The question is what you are billed for, not which logo is prettiest.

People leave D7 Lead Finder for two reasons. Either the monthly plan is running in months where nobody searches, or the rows arrive without a usable contact and the cleaning takes longer than the searching. Those are different complaints and they point at different replacements, so the list below is organised by billing model rather than by feature checklists.

The four alternatives at a glance. Competitor figures read from each company's own site on 15 September 2026.

1. LeadFindr

Pay per lead, and only when the lead has contact details.

LeadFindr searches Google Maps listings by niche and city, opens each business's own website while the search runs, and returns the email and phone published there. Alongside that it looks for the decision makers behind the business and returns a LinkedIn profile and a verified work email where one is found. A lead with contact details costs 0.25 credits, about $0.025 at the $0.10 top up price of a credit, and a lead with none costs nothing. New accounts start with 100 credits, which is 400 leads.

Pick it if your searching is bursty, if empty rows annoy you more than anything else, and if you want the owner rather than a generic inbox. Skip it if you need an API today, or if you want thirty thousand rows before lunch. Access is early access, by request.

2. Scrap.io

A monthly subscription with a credit allowance, aimed at Google Maps data.

Scrap.io searches, exports and enriches business location data from Google Maps. Its pricing page listed Basic at EUR 49 a month for 10,000 credits, Professional at EUR 99 for 20,000, Agency at EUR 199 for 40,000 and Company at EUR 499 for 100,000 on monthly billing, with lower yearly rates, an Atlas tier from EUR 5,000 a month, and credits that do not roll over. Search radius and the number of business types allowed rise with the tier.

It is the closest like for like swap for D7 if you liked the subscription shape but want a different data experience, and it publishes an API and MCP access. The catch is the same one D7 has: the allowance is charged whether the month was busy or not.

3. Outscraper

Pay as you go scraping, priced per thousand rows.

Outscraper scrapes business data from Google Maps with no monthly fee. Its pricing listed the first 500 businesses free, then $3 per 1,000 records up to 100,000 and $1 per 1,000 above that, with email and contact enrichment priced the same way per 1,000 domains. That is the cheapest cost per row on this list by a wide margin.

It suits research, dataset building and anyone with a developer, because the output is raw and the cleaning is your job. If your complaint about D7 was the monthly fee rather than the data quality, this is the natural move.

4. Apollo

A B2B contact database, sold per seat.

Apollo is a sales intelligence platform with a stored database it describes as 240M+ people and 30M+ companies at a 98% email accuracy rate, priced Free at $0, Basic at $49 per user per month, Professional at $79 and Organization at $119 on annual billing with a three user minimum. It also sends: sequences, a dialer and CRM integrations are part of the product.

It belongs on the list because people try it for local leads, and it is the weakest fit of the four for that specific job. A mom and pop business rarely has an employee record in any database. For software and B2B sales it is the strongest tool here.

FAQ

Questions People Actually Ask.

What is the best D7 Lead Finder alternative for local business emails?

For local businesses where you want the contact checked rather than the row count maximised, LeadFindr, because the business website is opened at search time and leads without contact details are free. For raw volume at the lowest price per row, Outscraper.

Is there a D7 Lead Finder alternative without a subscription?

Two on this list. LeadFindr bills 0.25 credits per contactable lead with no plan at all, and Outscraper is pay as you go per thousand rows.

What does D7 Lead Finder cost?

Its plan chooser lists Starter, Agency and Professional tiers by daily search volume, but the prices did not render on the public page when we checked on 15 September 2026, so we do not quote a number.

Do any of these send the outreach for me?

Apollo does, as part of its platform. LeadFindr does not, and neither Scrap.io nor Outscraper is an outreach tool.
