Search by role, industry and location

The person who signs off the hire, not the company switchboard.

Business development in recruitment runs on reaching one specific person: the owner of a twenty person firm, the operations manager, the practice principal. LeadFindr's people search takes a role, an industry and a location and returns the decision makers who match, each with a LinkedIn profile and a verified work email where one is found. You also get the business itself, from its Google Maps listing, with phone and address.

Coverage is deepest in the United States, the United Kingdom and Western Europe, and thinner elsewhere. Google Maps listings, which carry the business layer, exist worldwide with density varying by country. That is the honest shape of it, and a single search in your patch will show you the real answer faster than a coverage claim would.

Why the verified work email matters here

A bounced first touch costs more than a missed one.

Recruiters send from domains they cannot afford to burn, often from a personal inbox that also holds live client conversations. A bought list punishes exactly that: the addresses were true when someone collected them, and hard bounces on an old list can damage sending reputation for months.

LeadFindr opens the business's own website during the search and reads what is published there, and work emails for the people it finds are verified before they are returned. A lookup that fails is never charged. What you get is smaller than a database export and closer to a list you can write to today.

Building a desk list

One niche, one city, one afternoon.

  • Pick the vertical and the patch, for example dental practices in Manchester or logistics firms in Rotterdam.
  • Set the cap so the search cannot cost more than you intended.
  • Star the businesses that fit the desk and leave the rest.
  • Export to CSV for your ATS or CRM, or copy the emails straight out.
  • Rerun the saved search next quarter to catch the businesses that have opened since.

What it is not

It is a sourcing tool for clients, not a candidate database.

LeadFindr finds businesses and the people who run them. It is not an applicant tracking system, it does not hold candidate profiles, it does not sequence outreach, and it has no public API today. If you are looking for candidates rather than clients, this is the wrong tool and we would rather say so now.

It is also not a bulk product. You pay per lead precisely because the list is meant to be one you will work, not one you will store.

What it costs a desk

Small enough that the maths is boring.

A lead with contact details costs 0.25 credits, about $0.025 at the $0.10 top up price of a credit, and a lead with none costs nothing. Two hundred contactable decision makers is 50 credits, about $5. Every new account starts with 100 credits, which is 400 leads, so the first desk list is generally free. There are no seats, so a second consultant costs nothing extra.

FAQ

Questions People Actually Ask.

Can I search for people rather than businesses?

Yes. The people search takes a role, an industry and a location and returns the decision makers with a LinkedIn profile and a verified work email where one is found.

Is this a candidate database?

No. LeadFindr is for finding client side businesses and the people who run them. It holds no candidate profiles and is not an applicant tracking system.

Which regions have the best people coverage?

The United States, the United Kingdom and Western Europe are deepest. The business layer, from Google Maps listings, works in most countries with density varying by country.

What happens if the people lookup fails?

You are not charged for it. If our people data provider has an outage, business results are unaffected and searching again later finds the people.
