The Inbox
Every reply as an email thread.
Replies arrive in Inbox in the sidebar. Leads shows replies from the leads you emailed; Other mail shows everything else in your connected mailbox. Every filter shows its count. It opens on Interested, or on Needs you (then All) while nobody is interested yet, and remembers the filter you pick. Each reply's label shows on its row and in the thread; change it with Sort reply in the thread header. Campaign stats count leads per label.
A label changes nothing on its own: the follow ups already stopped when the lead replied, and the AI answers as before. Setting Interested yourself adds the deal; setting Unsubscribe stops all email to that lead, like their own unsubscribe click, and turns the AI off for them.
The lead panel shows the campaign, the step and the next send (or Sequence stopped once they replied), the research brief and any deal, with Pause, Stop and Do not contact for that one lead. Write a reply yourself from the composer and pick the mailbox it goes from; it threads under the first email. Draft with AI writes the reply for you to check, and Insert booking link adds your booking page. Sending a reply yourself turns the AI off for that lead, with an Undo.
What happens when a lead answers
The autopilot steps back the moment there is a reply.
- Any reply stops the follow ups for that lead.
- An out of office reply is not answered; the next email waits until the day after the date they say they are back.
- A reply that is only STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT or END) puts the lead on do not disturb, and so does the one-click unsubscribe. They are never emailed again.
- A bounce marks the address undeliverable, puts the lead on do not disturb and drops their queued emails.
- Everything else gets an answer from your agent, written as an email, unless you take the thread over.
Interested leads become deals
Set on each campaign's When a lead is interested card.
Create a deal when a lead is interested is on by default. The moment a reply is sorted Interested, by the AI or by you, the lead gets one deal in the first stage of your default pipeline, or the Deal stage you pick. It is named after the lead and their company, with the campaign name and a link to the thread. A lead never gets a second deal, none is made when they already have an open one, and changing the label away from Interested keeps the deal. The campaign page lists them under Interested leads, and the deal shows in the Inbox lead panel.
Booking link: None (the default), your own booking page (suggested first when you have one), or Other link. The AI only offers it after the lead has replied, when they are interested and ask to talk, meet or for times. It never goes into a first email or a follow up, and never to a lead who said not interested or unsubscribed.
The morning digest
One email after a busy day, none after a quiet one.
On a morning after the autopilot was busy you get one email around 08:00 in your time zone: how many emails went out, who replied (up to 10 leads, each with a short preview and a link to the conversation), which replies look interested, and any mailbox that needs a look. Nothing is sent after a quiet day. Switch it off on the Account page: click your email at the bottom of the sidebar, then Emails from LeadFindr.
An alert when a lead is interested
An email and a bell notification, the moment it happens.
When a reply is sorted Interested you get an email and a notification in the app with the lead, the start of their reply and a link to the thread, so you can answer while they are warm. It fires once per lead, not when you set the label yourself. Switch it off on the Account page under Emails from LeadFindr.
Questions People Actually Ask.
How does reply sorting work in the LeadFindr autopilot?
Every lead reply is sorted into Interested, Not now, Not interested, Unsubscribe, Out of office or Other. The Inbox opens on Interested and you change a label in one click. Sorting is free.
What is the autopilot morning digest?
One email around 08:00 in your time zone after a busy day: emails sent, up to 10 replies with links, interested replies and any mailbox that needs a look. Nothing after a quiet day. Switch it off on the Account page, under Emails from LeadFindr.
Does LeadFindr tell me when a lead is interested?
Yes. When a reply is sorted Interested you get an email and an in app notification with the lead, a preview of the reply and a link to the thread. Switch it off on the Account page.
How does a lead unsubscribe?
With the one-click unsubscribe their mail app shows, or by replying STOP. Either puts them on do not disturb and they are never emailed again.
Does an interested lead become a deal?
Yes, by default. A reply sorted Interested creates one deal in the first stage of your default pipeline, or the stage you pick on the campaign.
