Export the search you just ran
From Find Leads.
When a search has finished finding and checking emails, an Export CSV button appears above the results. Click it to download that search. The button is not there while emails are still being checked, so the file always has the finished results.
Export an earlier search
From the Searches list.
Open Saved Leads in the sidebar and click Searches. Every search you ran is listed in Your searches, each with its own Export CSV.
Export starred, selected or all leads
From Saved Leads.
- Open Saved Leads and click Download.
- Download starred: every lead you starred.
- Download selected: the leads you ticked in the table.
- Download all: every lead in your account.
What is in the file
The same details you see in the app.
Each row is one business: name, category, website, emails, phone, social profiles, location and rating, plus whether you starred it and any tags and stage you gave it in Saved Leads. Emails that failed the check are never in the file.

How do I export leads from LeadFindr?

Why is there no Export CSV button yet?
It appears when the search has finished checking emails. Wait for the email step to complete.
