Fill in the search
On the Find Leads page.
- Keyword: the kind of business, the way you would search Google Maps. Dentists, wedding venues, HVAC contractors.
- Country: required.
- City: where to look.
- Area, street or postcode: optional, to narrow it to part of a city.
- Extra keywords: optional, to widen the search with related terms.
- Max leads: the most leads this one search can return. Included in your plan, within fair use.
Under Filters, Contact details lets you keep only businesses with an email, a phone number, both, or a social profile. Any keeps everything.
While it runs
Results appear as they come in.
First you see Searching for businesses, and the businesses appear as they are found on Google Maps. Then Finding emails shows how many have been checked so far. Each website is opened and each email verified while you wait, which is why this step takes longer than a database lookup. Export CSV appears when it is done.
When the search finishes you can load more results or click Find more leads to look further out. When there is nothing left nearby, the app says so.
Running the same search twice
The app warns you first.
If you already ran the exact same search, LeadFindr tells you the date you ran it and offers Search anyway. Your earlier results are still saved, so you usually do not need to run it again.
Where your searches are saved
Saved Leads, and the Searches drawer.
Every lead you find is kept in Saved Leads in the sidebar. Click Searches there to open Your searches, a list of every search you ran with its results. Star the leads worth keeping, then filter on Starred to see only those.
Unlimited means unlimited leads and searches within fair use. We do not publish a number for it.

How do I search for leads in LeadFindr?
Open Find Leads, type a keyword such as dentists, pick the country and city, and run the search. Businesses appear first, then their verified emails.
Can I search only part of a city?
Yes. Fill in the optional area, street or postcode field.
Can I get only businesses that have an email?
Yes. Under Filters, set Contact details to Email, or Email + phone.
Where do I find a search I ran last week?
In Saved Leads, click Searches. Every search you ran is listed there with its results.
